Ambassador Garment & Trade PLC is a Leading and prime Service provider of classic suits for modern society is seeking to fill the following Vacant Positions

Major Duties and responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve company goals.

Responsible for short-term and long-term planning, drive initiatives throughout the management team and in the organization that contribute to long-term operational excellence

Conduct weekly, monthly and annual operational meetings with direct reports to review previous period all activities of the company, customer survey and satisfaction and to keep employees up to date with company and industry behaviors.

Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Directs subordinate department heads to include: prioritizing and assigning work; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; and, making hiring, termination, and disciplinary decisions and recommendations.

Prepare annual Budget, Operational plan and strategic plan for the company.

Expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing

the overall operations of a company.

Job Requirements

Educational back ground -

M A / B.A degree in marketing, Economics, Business management or related fields.

Work Experience-

6 / 8 Years Related work experience out of which at least 2 / 3 years in Similar Position especially in Trading Company.
