Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking in the targeted market

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Set up meetings with potential collaborators and negotiate with product cost and payment terms

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure and feedback in time the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if there is any

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies plan, execute, and measure customer experience across multiple channels/markets

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications

Proven at least 2 year experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in selling WIGS or related domains

Strong channel sales development skills

Fluent in English and Swahili, basic Chinese notion is a plus

Business knowledge of MS Office and able to use Amanbo system after training

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Diploma in Business Administration/International trade, bachelor’s degree is preferred
