Am I Qualified for the Scholarship?

I am a deaf man, completed the high school and joined the higher education in an institution that I have learned the artiste of Agriculture course within Kenya National Examination Council.

I am looking for scholarship to study diploma in Community Development or Project Management am I qualified for the scholarship, if so, how can I get a chance to apply?

Considering that we do not sponsor, I am not in a position to clearly state the requirements for one to be funded.
The scholarships on our site are offered by many different organizations and they have distinct ways of selection.
