Alupe University College Senior Administrative Assistant Jobs in Kenya
Minimum Qualification and ExperienceFor appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: - Must have cumulative work experience of six (6) years, three (3) of which should be as a Senior
Administrative Assistant II or in a comparable position;
Bachelor's degree from a recognized and accredited institution;
Those with Master's degree will have an added advantage;
Registered with relevant professional body (where applicable);
Proficiency in computer applications; and
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Duties and Responsibilities at this level will entail: -
Providing administrative support services in the university;
implementing and evaluating policies and strategies;
Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments;
Providing secretariat services during meetings;
Implementing administrative functions;
Performing administrative operational duties in specific area of assignment;
Preparing and analyzing reports;
Coordination of administrative activities;
Participating in quality audits; and,
Supervising assigned staff.
