ALS Limited Quality Control Manager Jobs in Kenya





Job Responsibilities

  • Compliance Oversight — Enforces adherence to OEMs, KCAA, and operator requirements.

  • Inspections — Leads all stages of inspection: pre, hidden damage, in‑progress, and final.

  • Training & Rosters — Manages certifying engineer training and inspection authorizations.

  • Tooling & Equipment — Verifies calibration and condition of critical tooling.

  • Records — Maintains AMO technical records and documentation integrity.

  • Regulatory Liaison — Coordinates with KCAA and OEMs through Head of Quality.

  • Safety & Quality — Champions ALS safety culture and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

  • Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering.

  • AME License with airframe/engine or avionics ratings.

  • Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance.

  • Completed QMS course (KCAA approved).

  • Proficient in digital reporting tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
