What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Participate in the month-end close process and prepare monthly reconciliations.

  • Prepare and post journal entries.

  • Review account payable, accounts receivable and accrual accounts and ensure all accruals and expenses are recognized in the appropriate period.

  • Assist in the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems

  • Provide information to fulfill monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements

  • Primarily responsible for accounting of provisions, accruals, prepayments including the calculation, analysis, processing and reporting of external commissions and royalties.

  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of monthly close activities

  • Responsible for TB close, all reconciliations and completeness of accounts

  • Responsible for assets, maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, Depreciation calculations, impairments, annual useful life assessments, write off and all accounting as well as reporting related to assets

  • Capex accounting and reporting

  • Establishing process of internal controls across finance and setting up process and policies and defining standard operating procedures for these

    What Makes You Great

  • Accountant with 3 years’ experience

  • Accuracy is required in performing all aspects of the role

  • Proactivity to drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills to interact at various
    levels inside and outside the organization

  • Strong MS Office software skills and familiarity Accounting Systems

  • Excellent local language skills and English language skills in written and spoken
