Responsibilities

Maintaining financial records.

Handling accounts payable and receivable.

Checking invoices.

Keeping of comprehensive general ledger

Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.

Handling queries related to accounts

Writing vouchers and posting transactions into the accounting software.

Responsible for issuing receipt for payment received

Responsible for petty cash management and reporting expenses made from same on daily basis

Providing daily and weekly sales, profit and other management reports to Management.

Computation and reconciliation of utilities payments made against outstanding

Prepares debtors details on monthly basis

Responsible for ensuring that all required records (sales, inventory, food cost, stock, wastage etc) are properly updated on a daily basis or as and when required.

Controls profit & loss, by following cash handling policy, internal control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing food and labour costs, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate actions

Managing and monitoring the restaurant budget to ensure that set targets are met.

Requirements

HND, OND, BSc qualification

Minimum of 2 years experience

Able to work well within a team.

Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.

Solid analytical skills.

Detail-oriented.

Should

have at least an ATS certification

High level of confidentiality

Must reside around Ikotun

Preferably a female
