All Saints Cathedral Diocese Coordinator – Evangelism And Outreach Jobs in Kenya; All Saints’ Cathedral is seeking a Coordinator – Evangelism & Outreach to ensure effective planning, coordination and administration of evangelism and outreach activities.

The role supports the Head of Evangelism & Outreach in programme planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting, while ensuring smooth execution of departmental activities, stakeholder engagement, volunteer coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate evangelism and outreach activities targeting schools, colleges, prisons, police, boda boda operators, street children and community groups.

  • Support missions, campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

  • Manage logistics, schedules, venues and resources for departmental activities.

    Volunteer Coordination

  • Assist in recruiting and maintaining a volunteer database.

  • Coordinate volunteers in evangelism activities and maintain records.

  • Organize volunteer training, orientation and deployment.

  • Support ministry teams in evangelism initiatives.

    Church Planting & Ministry Expansion

  • Collect and analyse information on potential church planting locations.

  • Support coordination of church planting activities and follow‑up initiatives.

    Community Engagement

  • Coordinate community initiatives supporting evangelism and outreach.

  • Facilitate engagement with beneficiaries, leaders and ministry partners.

  • Represent the department
    in community forums when delegated.

    Scholarship & Resource Administration

  • Support administration of scholarship programmes, including documentation and reporting.

  • Monitor resource utilization and maintain accountability records.

    Mission Month Coordination

  • Plan and implement Mission Month activities.

  • Support communication, volunteer mobilization, logistics and reporting.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma in Theology, Community Development, Social Sciences, Education, Project Management or related field (Theology training an advantage).

  • Certificate in Anglicanism.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ministry coordination.

  • Must profess faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
