ALIMA Donor Relations Manager Jobs in Nigeria;ALIMA is a humanitarian medical organisation founded in 2009, operating in 12 African countries and Haiti. In the DRC, ALIMA has been present since 2011, supporting the Ministry of Health in emergency response, epidemic preparedness, nutrition, WASH, protection and support for survivors of armed violence. Current interventions focus on North Kivu, Ituri and South Kivu, including response to the 2026 Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak.

Key Responsibilities

Management of Deliverables & Reporting

  • Coordinate preparation, consolidation and submission of narrative, financial and contractual deliverables.

  • Monitor deadlines and anticipate contribution needs.

  • Centralize and verify inputs from programme, finance, MEAL, operations and partners.

  • Ensure archiving and traceability of donor documentation.

    Communication & Donor Relations

  • Act as focal point for operational communication with donor in DRC.

  • Prepare responses, meetings and technical exchanges.

  • Monitor commitments and ensure coherence of information shared.

    Consortium Coordination

  • Facilitate operational coordination with consortium partners.

  • Monitor commitments, activities, deadlines and deliverables.

  • Consolidate partner contributions into reports.

  • Organize consortium meetings; follow up decisions and actions.

    Compliance & Contractual Obligations

  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and ALIMA procedures.

  • Identify risks of non‑compliance and ensure resolution.

  • Monitor indicators and contractual commitments with programme, MEAL and finance teams.

    Funding Development & Ebola Response

  • Contribute to identification and preparation of funding proposals.

  • Support concept notes and project documents for Ebola response and health system strengthening.

  • Capitalize information for future funding opportunities.

    Internal Coordination & Team Support

  • Ensure smooth information flow on GHSD funding across teams.

  • Support staff understanding of donor requirements.

  • Participate in coordination meetings and follow up actions.
