Primary function:

Responsible for production, process and operation management.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Surface Engineering designs review and make recommendations for efficient operations and maintenance.

• Technical supports to on-site production, Analyze and solve the process and production problems with solution and advice, and implement the solution, and responsible for acceptance and evaluation.

• In charge of introduction and application of new technology regarding production process and equipment to oilfield to achieve high production efficiency and quality. In charge of production process improvement and modification, and production related CAPEX management.

• In charge for chemical management, usage and optimization.

• Prepare production related programs, budgets for production operations and monitor expenses and functionality.

• Supervise projects, track cost, and schedule the various technical projects and ensure contractor compliance to health, safety and environmental.

• In charge of production information collection, prepare operational and technical reports.

• Supervise and train on-site operations personnel to ensure that everyone works as a team in order to meet company objectives.

• Support to manage partners and service contractors to carry out the field production operation

matters.

• Provide advice for improvement of the regulation and rules on operation management, and execute.

• In charge of production related contractor technical management and

• Perform other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas Transportation or the related.

• At least 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry, including 1-year of experience in Oil & Gas field on-site.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling and completion.

• Knowledge of cost control and laws.

• Understanding of petroleum contract, reservoir, geology and oil production.
