Airtel Revenue planning, Analytics, U&R Lead - Airtel Money Jobs in Uganda

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting function minimise wide targeted initiatives to maximise revenue growth,drive customer retention and .

Also responsible for management of

• Information as per Management Accounting

• and Performance Analysis,preparations of the Annual Operating Plan ('AOP'),and Ensuring compliance to Central BPA guidelines, AOP

• (Annual Operating Plan) limits, guidelines

• and norms. Ensuring review and reporting of financials I operational efficiency parameters.

Idea l Candidate

•Bachelor's degree in Business/ Social

• studies/ commerce or related field.

• Post Graduate qualification in Business,
products ecosystem,product life cycles and relationship management

Strong understanding of all aspects of customer life cycles and relationship management

Good communication and people skills.

Understanding of the market.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines

High levels of integrity

Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Strong Business Acumen commercial/banking field will be an
