Job Purpose

  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural/ cross· country environment

    This role is responsible for developing function

  • wide targeted initiatives and strategies to maximise revenue growth.

  • drive customer

    • retention and minimise churn.

    Idea l Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/

    • Business/ Social studies/ commerce or

    • related field.

    •CIM or any other post Graduate
    diploma/ degree in Marketing will be an added advantage

  • 5 - 8 proven years in planning
    (commercial and financial) and analysis in a commercial setting

  • At least 3 years'experience in Creativity (out-of-the box thinking) and Commercial Acumen Customer service orientation

  • Effective Communication (both written
    & oral) and Negotiation Skills Ability to make presentations Customer Centric

  • Business awareness

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented

  • Strong coaching and leadership skills management

  • Ability to influence and get things done quickly
