Airtel Lead - Voice Jobs in Kenya;Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, responsible for driving prepaid revenue growth through customer lifecycle management initiatives, retention programs and usage stimulation campaigns. Accountable for maximizing customer value, enhancing base stickiness, reducing churn and increasing engagement across voice and non‑voice products.

Responsibilities

  • Drive prepaid revenue growth through targeted voice and non‑voice initiatives.

  • Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty programs.

  • Monitor customer behavior, network activity and usage trends.

  • Design and manage campaigns to reactivate inactive customers.

  • Analyze campaign performance and customer movement trends.

  • Develop forecasts and performance reports.

  • Serve as focal point for CLM and usage/revenue reporting.

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Commercial, Technology, Finance and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure flawless execution of tariffs, promotions and customer offers.

  • Drive initiatives to increase usage across voice/data products.

    Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.

  • 5–8 years’ telecom industry experience in commercial/marketing/CLM/revenue management.

  • Strong analytical and business acumen.

  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Results‑oriented with ability to influence senior leadership decisions.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
