Key Requirements

Valid Flight Dispatcher License.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant operational experience post‑licensing.

Experience in operations control and flight dispatch.

At least 3 years’ supervisory or team management experience.

Strong understanding of aviation operational requirements and regulatory standards.

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or other relevant field.
