Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake human resource planning for all staff to ensure optimal engagement.

  • Review job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.

  • Create and post open position adverts on AIC Kijabe Hospital Website.

  • Review job applications and shortlist candidates for all units.

  • Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews.

  • Perform employee background checks and verification of academic and professional certifications.

  • Ensure all new staff are properly oriented and inducted into the organization’s operations.

  • Conduct end‑of‑probation evaluations and provide appropriate feedback to staff.
