Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC), a Parastatal in the Agricultural Sector seeks
dynamic and result oriented persons to fill the following positions its establishment

Legal Assistants

Scope:

Reporting to the Corporation Secretary. The Legal Assistant shall assist and participate in
giving legal advice to the Management .

Skills, knowledge and experience:

Diploma in Law

Age 22 – 35 years

Should be computer literate.

Should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a reputable organization/Law firm.

Current certificate of Good Conduct.

Key result areas:

Drafting Legal documents and advise the Corporation on Legal aspects

Manage Legal documentation and preparation of legal opinions

Filling and service of Legal documents

Handle all correspondences from external lawyers.
