Job Description
  • Establishing financial objectives in line with the vision and organisation objectives.
  • Responsible for complete financial management and day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all
    financial related activities- accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, project viability & analysis, negotiations, investor relationship, partnership compliance, private & institutional
    financing.
  • Adherence to regulatory and statutory compliances.
  • Resource mobilisation and monitoring fund movements.
  • Negotiation with Banks/ FIs on terms of credit, pricing, service charges etc.
  • Responsible for Company ROC, taxation & Export related compliances
  • Implementation of effective business & financial performance monitoring
    mechanisms through MIS.
  • Oversee approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, position control
    documents, departmental budgets, salary updates, ledger and account maintenance.
  • Ensure credibility of Financial Group by providing timely and accurate
    analysis of budgets, financial trends forecasts and variance analysis
  • Finalisation of accounts and compliances.
  • Develop, implement & maintain the system for measuring the financial &
    operating performance.

    Desired Profile
  • Exceptional financial, commercial, tactical and technical skills.
  • Strong project finance experience and been an expert in handling Banks/FIs at commensurate levels.
  • Been strong in strategic planning, execution, contracting, negotiations and
    change management.
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting system is added advantage
  • Education Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance
  • Experience More than 15 years
