Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development HR/Admin Intern Vacancy; Support routine HR and administrative tasks under the supervision of the HR/Admin Manager and guidance from the HR/Admin Assistant.
Provide support in recruitment, filing, documentation, and general office coordination while gaining practical experience in HR and administration.
Main Responsibilities
HR Support
Assist with recruitment, interviews, and staff onboarding coordination.
Ensure staff personnel files are complete and updated per ACTED policies.
File and archive HR documents physically and electronically.
Support updating of leave trackers and staff databases.
Assist in preparing correspondences for review and dispatch.
Share HR information with field teams when required.
Support travel arrangements (flights, airport pick‑ups, visas, accommodation).
Track HR and administrative documentation.
Carry out other duties as required.
Nature of the Position
Learning and support role providing practical exposure to HR and Administration functions in a humanitarian organization.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility depending on operational needs.
Intern must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ACTED policies.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Recent graduate or final‑year student in HR Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
Strong interest in HR and Administration work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Previous internship or volunteer experience is an added advantage.
