Aga Khan University Hospital Urology Surgeon - Department of Surgery Jobs in Kenya



Responsibilities

  • Assist residents in their rotation and implement educational programmes while ensuring outcomes are attained

  • Assist in setting examinations and ensure formative assessments of residents/interns are duly filled

  • Promote and facilitate residents’ research, participate in scholarly activities, and facilitate publication of research work

  • Generate audits from clinical practice to align with expected clinical outcomes

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient clinical services as scheduled

  • Establish clinical services aligned to specialization and attend emergency cases as required

  • Prepare a schedule of regular clinical teaching activity

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong leadership in medical education and clinical practice

  • Commitment to scholarship and patient-centered care
