The Academy seeks to recruit deal candidates for the following position.

Title, Teacher Coach (Integration of Technology and Individuals & societies) Reports to Curriculum Developer

Job Summary

Ensure quality implementation of the MVP and Diploma curriculum programmes in line with the Academy's vision and professional standards and practices.

Dulles & Responsibilities

Work across the Academies network to coach teachers and develop teaching and learning

Support the quality of teachers' planning

Support the development of the curriculum the IB programmes customized to meet the vision of the Aga than Academies through the Aga Khan Strands

Support the Academies' preparations for the lB's evaluation and quality assurance visits.

Support conceptual pedagogy to support inquiry teaming

Qualifications &Experience

A minimum of 8 years experience in their subject areas, Commitment to the co-curricular life of the school which is expected including service learning

Experienced in modelling, coaching. mentoring and developing Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) of common interest groups across the network

Internationally experienced teachers

A detailed understanding of two IB programs (PYP MVP Diploma)

Successful experience in IB authorization, evaluation and IB workshop leadership
