  • Our client in the Vehicle Leasing industry is seeking to identify an aggressive business oriented individual with ability to attract new clients and maintain strong relationship with existing ones for business retention and growth in various channels, while working alongside the fleet professionals who are eager to collaborate and share their knowledge while delivering value to the clients and company.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects for existing and proposed services

  • Respond to requests for proposals and/or presenting customized value based proposals to prospects

  • Present the organization’s differentiators and value proposition

  • Work with the account management and customer service teams on retention initiatives

  • Complete business plans, where required, to address new service opportunities and present these findings to directors

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, and prospects

  • Maintain an updated client and prospect database

  • Provide consulting services to existing and prospective customers where required

  • Attend industry related functions and keep up to date on trends and new technologies

  • Participate in short and long-term strategic planning efforts

  • Ability to find clients to build strategic relationships
    that support lengthy sales cycles, in a finance & professional services sales model

    Key Competencies and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related discipline

  • Three or more years’ experience in business development/sales required in a vehicle leasing industry

  • Ability to work with C-level executives, particularly in Finance and Procurement
    High sales acumen

  • Effective presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of the leasing and fleet management marketplace would be considered a huge asset
