African Institute for Development Policy Postdoctoral Fellow – Human Capital Development and Education Systems Jobs in Kenya;AFIDEP is conducting research and policy engagement on how African countries can accelerate socioeconomic transformation through strategic investments in people and improvements in education and skills systems. The fellowship will support two complementary studies:

A multi‑country study examining national policies, programmes, and investments toward harnessing the Demographic Dividend (DD) and Gender Dividend (GD), with focus on education, skills, health, and gender equality.

A study on curriculum reforms and pedagogical approaches to improve education quality, skills development, employability, and innovation.
