African Centre for Technology Studies Invitation for pre-qualification of suppliers of goods and services for the period

African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS) is a pioneering development research think tank on harnessing application of science, technology and innovation policies for development in Africa.

ACTS intends to prequalify suppliers and contractors for the supply of goods and services for the financial year 2018-2019.

Suppliers registered with registrar of companies under the law of Kenya in respective products or services are invited to submit their pre-qualification documents to the African Centre for Technology Studies procurement department for short listing.

This invitation for pre-qualification is open to all candidates who are eligible as defined in African Centre for Technology Studies Procurement Policies.

African Centre for Technology Studies, committee members, board members and their relative (spouse and children) are not eligible to participate in the process unless where specially allowed under African Centre for Technology Studies Policies.

Candidates must qualify by meeting the set criteria to perform the contract of supply and delivery and provision of goods and services to African Centre for Technology Studies.

Suppliers who are not pre-qualified or fail to meet the pre-qualifying criteria will not be allowed to participate in the Tenders/RFQs
