Africa Star Railway Operation Company ltd is a leading railway operation company.

The
company operates and maintains Kenya’s modern high capacity Standard Gauge Railway
network providing both freight and passenger services.

It is mandated to operate, manage
and maintain rolling stock, locomotive, track and communication & signaling systems.

The
firm is seeking qualified individuals to fill in the following positions.

  • Deputy General
    Manager

    Core Capabilities Qualification Requirements
  • Strategic planning and implementation skills
  • A proven track record in Media
    Relations
  • Creative writing and presentation skills
  • Leadership Skills and Team
    player
  • Internal public relations Skills
  • Ability to lead and perform in
    a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication and
    negotiation skills
  • Master's degree or above with a
    major in mass media, marketing
    or related management field
  • Senior management experience
    of 5-years or more at the General
    Manager level in government or
    international corporation.
  • Maximum age of 50 years
