Africa Management Solutions Limited Senior People Advisor Jobs in Kenya; Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is seeking to recruit a Senior People Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to partner with senior leaders, drive strategic people initiatives, strengthen HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to organizational growth within a multinational environment.


Main Function
Responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions, guiding employee relations, leading talent management initiatives, and supporting HR transformation projects across Africa and Asia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and employment law.

  • Lead talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision‑making and organizational planning.

  • Lead HR transformation projects, process improvements, and digital HR initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across Africa and Asia.

  • Promote an inclusive, high‑performing workplace culture.

    Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

  • Progress towards CIPD Level 7 or a Master’s degree is highly
    desirable.

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.

  • Experience supporting multinational or multi‑country operations.

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, and talent management.

  • Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
