Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across agricultural products and services.

  • Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and customer acquisition channels.

  • Monitor sales performance and initiatives against commercial targets.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and support market expansion.

  • Develop marketing initiatives and promote honey, herbs, and other value‑added products.

  • Conduct market research on customer needs, trends, competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities for product development, market expansion, and value addition.

  • Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, and manage inquiries and feedback professionally.

  • Contribute to commercial strategy and prepare sales performance reports with actionable recommendations.


    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, or relevant field.

  • Minimum 7 years’ progressive experience, including at least 5 years in agriculture, specifically horticulture or beekeeping.

  • Proven experience in commercial agriculture with strong knowledge of sales, marketing, customer management, and revenue growth.

  • Strong
    business and market development skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a growing organization.
