Our ultimate focus is to reduce the impact of conflict and insecurity on the poorest and most vulnerable in society.

Saferworld has been working on conflict and security issues related to Sudan since 2008.

Since 2012, Saferworld has been supporting local and national efforts towards conflict transformation, working with civil society organisations to build their capacity to engage in peace building and governance reform; as well as undertaking policy analysis, advocacy and research.

We are seeking a Partnerships and Compliance Manager who, in coordination with the Country Manager, will provide leadership to project staff who will do the day to day liaison with partners and implementation of projects.

The Partnerships and Compliance Manager will ensure strong systems for project management and MEL are in place, and support the project staff to lead in implementation.

We are looking for someone who, through strong communication and coordination, can support the effective implementation of Sudan’s grants in accordance with contractual obligations, by managing donor reporting and compliance through developing and updating processes and workflows to ensure high quality financial and narrative reporting.
