New business and strategic partnerships: Win major clients, deepen executive relationships and negotiate alliances to expand presence across Eastern Africa.

New revenue streams: Commercialise technology‑enabled services, data processing and corporate services, opening new markets and customer segments.

Better performance and client value: Spearhead technology innovations to improve productivity and customer experience.

Strong stewardship: Safeguard financial discipline, governance, compliance, cyber security and business continuity while pursuing growth.

What You Will Bring

Record of commercial delivery: Demonstrable success in growing revenue, winning business, building partnerships and negotiating complex deals.

Networks that create value: Strong relationship‑building skills and executive credibility with corporate leaders, boards, financial institutions, regulators and partners.

Executive leadership experience: Minimum 10 years in senior leadership, including 6 years in executive leadership, with Board reporting experience and strong financial management capability.

Relevant sector exposure: Experience in highly regulated, technology‑enabled organizations, with exposure to financial services, capital markets or corporate services.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline plus bachelor’s degree. Professional qualifications and corporate governance certification desirable.

Drive and judgement: Commercial acumen, initiative, resilience, integrity, emotional intelligence and ability to inspire performance while leading change.
