Job Description

Silk Road General Hospital is looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

The successful candidate will assist in the development of marketing collateral, track existing marketing campaigns and report on results and coordinate market research studies.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

1.Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

2.Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

3.Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

4.Working closely with sales and marketing department.

5.Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.

6.Maintaining a marketing database.

7.Providing administrative support to the marketing team.

8.Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

9.Understanding company product and brand.

10.Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.

11.Organizing market research.

12.Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

13.Updating social media and online advertising accounts.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Marketing, Advertising or related field

2.Work with fluent English on both writing and speaking

3.2+ years’ working experience

4.Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

5.Excellent problem-solving skills

6.Strong communication and organizational skills
