Job Function:

  • The role will be responsible for the accounting and finance functions at the IMS EA Ltd and assists in general office administration

    Key Functions and Responsibilities

    Regulatory Compliance

  • Compliance With Existing Statutory and IMS Regulations Regarding Finance

    Quality Assurance

  • Assist in internal and external audits

  • Comply with relevant finance and general SOP

  • Financial Reporting

  • Debtors Management

    Finance Operations

  • Maintain accounts payable

  • Ensure statutory compliance

  • Maintain cash flow management

  • Bank and petty cash reconciliation

    Administrative

  • Maintain adequate office supplies

  • General administration support

    Training and Development

  • Train IMS staff, client and service providers on finance and SOP

  • Maintain finance Standard operating procedures

  • Ensure incident reports within the stated time.

    Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field

  • Certified Public Accountant CPA (K)

    Skills and experience required

  • Analytical skills, attention to detail.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting.

  • Knowledge and experience in local finance regulations

  • Strong administrative and computer skills.

  • Budgetary and financial skills

  • Decision–making, problem-solving, creativity

  • Acquired good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Ability
    to understand business process and be able to interpret business needs.

    Other requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Positive, confident, self-motivated, and able to work as a member of a team.
