Accountancy Placements Salesforce Developer – Hilton Jobs in South Africa; Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer with a natural aptitude for programming. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills and a solid understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools.

  • Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.

  • Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce‑related issues.

    Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on Salesforce development experience.

  • Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Integrations.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.

  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration ability.
