Duties of the Position

Develop strategy to build control culture across the bank and ensure effectiveness of controls.

Receive, review and summarize monthly reports from all internal control staff

Document and test business process that support key financial and operational functions.

Coordinate all activities of Branch and Head Office Control and report+ to the Head, Risk, Control & Compliance.

Participate in development and policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Accounting with at least PE 1 pass in ICAN certificate.

Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a financial services environment.

Banking, Insurance, and financial services knowledge.

Extensive Working Knowledge of Microsoft word,

Excel and power point, Intranet Mailing facility and the core banking application of the bank.
