Access to Nutrition initiative Head of Partnerships Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead ATNi’s Partnership Strategy, ensuring collaboration with like‑minded organisations that accelerate action for improved access to nutrition.

Partnerships span Research, Policy, Food Business & Innovation, Investments, and Funding.
The postholder will oversee Research, Policy, and Food Business & Innovation.
Supports Investment Partnerships with Capital4Nutrition Team.
Supports Funding Partnerships led by Head of Business Development.
Position Overview
Reports to the Executive Director.
Member of ATNi’s Extended Management Team.
Contributes to strategic discussions and represents ATNi externally.
Drives collaboration across the organisation to advance ATNi’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Management
Develop and implement ATNi’s Partnership Strategy.
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with governments, international organisations, private sector, investors, and civil society.
Monitor effectiveness of partnerships and increase collaboration.
Represent ATNi in high‑level meetings and events.
Provide updates and recommendations to the Management Team.
Contribute to development of ATNi’s next strategy (from 2028 onwards).
Team Management
Lead and supervise the Partnerships team.
Plan and allocate resources effectively.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Provide professional development opportunities.
Strengthen partnership capabilities across ATNi.
Cross‑functional Collaboration & Integration
Liaise with Project Leads to align strategies.
Work closely with other Heads and Directors.
Ensure partnerships contribute to strategic objectives.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
Provide oversight of project budgets and delivery.
Resource Mobilisation
Identify and pursue funding opportunities.
Develop proposals and grant applications.
Support donor engagement, reporting, and compliance.
Cultivate relationships with funders and partners.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Health, Nutrition, or
related field.
At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience building and managing complex partnerships.
Background in international development, public health, nutrition, or food systems.
Fundraising and donor engagement experience an advantage.
Experience leading and managing international teams.
Multicultural and international context experience, including Africa and Asia.
Highly desirable: experience in East Africa or Europe; strong project management and budget skills.

Offer
Full‑time position (32–40 hours per week).
Netherlands‑based gross monthly salary €5,000–€6,600 (adjustments for other locations).
26 days annual leave plus public holidays.
Pension contribution and health insurance allowance.

Initial one‑year contract, with extension based on performance.
Flexible and partly remote working arrangements.
Hybrid model (50% office‑based in Utrecht).
