Acacia Foundation Limited Senior Sales Executive Jobs in Uganda;Responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts and increasing sales of plastic packaging products. Requires proactive, target‑driven professional with proven ability to generate new business and expand customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach and acquire new industrial/corporate customers.

Promote and sell plastic bottles, preforms, caps and shrink film.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Manage assigned accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Conduct regular customer visits and develop new business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales.

Monitor customer requirements, market developments and competitor activity.

Coordinate with Production, Finance and Operations to fulfil customer needs.

Follow up orders and resolve commercial/service issues.

Prepare sales forecasts, customer reports and market intelligence.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.

Support management in pricing and commercial strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration.

Minimum 7 years’ sales experience in plastic packaging industry.

Strong knowledge of bottles, preforms, caps and shrink film.

Proven track record in acquiring/developing industrial/corporate customers.

Strong knowledge of Ugandan market; Northern Uganda experience an advantage.

Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.

Target‑driven, proactive and independent.

Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.

Good reporting and Microsoft Office skills.
