Job Purpose / Objective:

Responsible for providing medical care, first aid, and health support to the workers and staff on construction sites and respond effectively to medical emergencies on construction sites. T
Ensuring the well-being, safety, and health of the workforce in the challenging and dynamic construction environment.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Medical Care: Provide medical assistance, first aid, and emergency care to injured or unwell workers.

• Health Promotion: Conduct health awareness campaigns and training to promote well-being.

• Medical Assessments: Perform health assessments for new employees and routine medical check-ups.

• Medical Records: Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medical care provided.

• Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

• Injury Prevention: Advise on safety measures to prevent workplace injuries.

• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.

• Health Consultations: Provide health consultations and advice to workers on-site.

• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Medical Supplies: Maintain and manage medical supplies and first aid kits.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with construction teams to communicate test results and provide recommendations.

• Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Medical Emergency Response: Timely and effective response to medical emergencies.

• Health Promotion Impact: Measuring the impact of health awareness campaigns.

• Injury Prevention: Contributing to a decrease in workplace injuries and incidents.

• Medical Records Accuracy: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical

records.

Work Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Medical Knowledge: Strong medical knowledge, including first aid and emergency response.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in providing medical care and first aid.

• Communication Skills: Effective communication with workers and staff regarding health and safety.

• Emergency Response: Ability to respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.

• Health Promotion: Skill in promoting health awareness and preventive measures.

• Empathy: Demonstrating empathy and compassion while providing medical care.

• Documentation: Accurate and organized documentation of medical care and records.

• Safety Awareness: Prioritizing safety and health compliance in the workplace.

• Problem-Solving: Addressing health-related challenges and finding solutions.

• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

• Working experience: Possession 5 years working experience in the field.
