Overview.

Abt Associates, a global leader in research and implementing technical programs in the fields of economic growth, international health, social and environmental policy, and climate change, seeks highly qualified candidates for an anticipated USAID-funded agriculture project in Tanzania.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in agriculture, business administration, economics, communications, health and behavioral or social sciences or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in one or more of the relevant technical areas listed below. USAID experience is highly preferred.

Lead, Gender Inclusion will ensure that project interventions address barriers faced by and expand opportunities for women.

He/she will ensure incorporation of gender considerations into all activities and ensure interventions with horticulture sector actors are inclusive.
