Job Description

Stakeholder Management

  • Actively promote and manage collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders including clients, business partners, and other Absa business units.

    Sales Target
  • Proactively make self‑initiated contact with customers to deliver against required sales targets.

    Compliance and Risk Management
  • Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.

    Customer Interaction
  • Provide information to potential home buyers and facilitate the fulfilment of the Home Finance process, keeping customers informed of status and progress.

  • Engage specialists (credit, valuations, fraud) when required to finalise applications.

  • Liaise with external parties in the home loan ownership process to ensure fulfilment.

    Education
  • Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
