Job Description

Business Support Analyst for Aviation, Logistics providing the following:

Monthly determination and booking of accruals
Monthly accounting entries and cost movement
Stewardship and administration of Aviation contracts

Creation and stewardship of Purchase Orders for the unit

Engagement of vendors/contractors for all invoices and billings

Cost stewardship reporting - FOE, CAF etc

Planning and cost estimation - Annual P&B, Other budgeting analysis

Cost recovery and stewardship - engaging partners during cost recovery exercise including provision of analysis, supporting documents and other items that may be necessary to ensure full cost recovery

Other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
