Job Summary

  • Under the supervision of Payroll Manager, is responsible for preparation of all payroll and related payments, legislative reporting related activities, working closely both with HR and Finance team.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll accounting, make payroll entries and maintain payroll files.

  • Prepare employee salary statements and process payments.

  • Perform payroll calculations, changes, and deductions.

  • Analyze payroll issues and provide appropriate action plans.

  • Maintain payroll files and generate periodic payroll reports to Managers for review

  • Ensure all payroll procedures are in line with governmental laws and policies.

  • Updating payroll files and general ledger

  • Resolving payroll issues

  • Issue employee payments, considering various deductions

  • Calculate taxes and prepare tax forms based on ERCA regulations.

  • Ensure that benefits Taxation, Payroll processes are in compliance with government Laws, Payroll Policies and Procedures

  • Oversee employee salaries

  • Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate

  • Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules

  • Monitor paid and unpaid leaves

  • Process overtime and other earnings

  • Resolve payroll problems

  • Address payroll inquiries from employees in a timely manner.

  • Assists internal and external auditors in providing the necessary documents as required.

  • Oversee Payroll staff and fill in for the manager as needed and prepare work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

    Job Requirements

    Professional Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, and other related fields

  • 5 years relevant experience in the same position
