ABC EXPAT Digital Marketing & Communication Internship Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Communication Intern to assist the company with online digital marketing, brand communication and sales support.
The candidate must have outstanding skills in photoshop & community management.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Community management: promoting company services on social media
Marketing: design communication artworks to build up brand visual identity
Communication: write blog articles and newsletter content to raise brand awareness
Sales: assist sales team with identification of leads through sales acquisition channels
Public Relations: Coordinate the design of promotional material used for events
Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
Track ROI for marketing campaigns
Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
Gather customer feedback to inform sales and operations teams
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Communications. Marketing certification is a plus
Previous work experience with B2B advertising campaigns
English, French & Kiswahili proficiency is mandatory. (Please note oral and written French test will be administered before the interview)
Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress
Proficiency in community management on social media
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required; InDesign
and Illustrator is an asset
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Must possess excellent writing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Superior time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of communications, public relations & marketing best practices
Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts
Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction
