The company currently engaged in Customs Clearance and (Transit), Freight forwarding and Shipping Agency. Our company wants to employ very competent and energetic fresh graduates for Customer`s handling, Call center, Truck dispatch officer positions for the Transport Place and delivery system business line we are going to launch shortly ;

Specific Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Serve as front office Desk officer for all business enquiries

Handle all customers company service requests

Sell company’s services

Process orders and transactions

Deliver Information about a company's offering

Provide proactive customer outreach

Handle customer complaints

Collect and analyzing customer feedback

Match Vehicle request with cargo and dispatch

Track and trace vehicles/Cargo with devices
Relaying information to customers, drivers, Transport companies and Operation staffs

Resolve problems, requests coming

from customers and Drivers

Collect documents from Transporters /drivers and hand over to Operation/Finance

Preparing work orders for vehicles/Drivers

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics or Logistics, Transport Management, or Related fields

Experience
