AAR Healthcare Kenya Locum Laboratory Technologists Jobs in Kenya;Working under the supervision of the Laboratory In‑Charge, the successful candidates will perform diagnostic laboratory tests and scientific investigations to support accurate medical diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, register and analyze patient specimens within approved protocols.

  • Report test findings clearly and promptly to clinical staff and patients.

  • Maintain strict quality control by using proper reagents, calibrating equipment and ensuring hygienic workspace.

  • Prepare routine diagnostic and operational laboratory reports.

  • Engage actively in internal Quality Assurance (QA) routines and update quality logs accurately.

    Position Requirements

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.

  • Valid registration certificate from the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Strong customer care capabilities.

  • Self‑motivated, collaborative and professional interpersonal demeanor.
