We employ over 4,500 people around the Mt. Kenya region. Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Field Manager is fully responsible for crop production.

The role includes labour management, managing all areas of crop husbandry and crop inspection (land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation and spraying etc.to highest possible standards), communicating with
Packhouses, ensuring Audits / Industry and Company standards are adhered to and any corrective action
implemented.
