Industrial Relations Manager
Requirements:-

A degree in the Social Sciences. law

Post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and a full member of IHRM

Good negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills both oral and written

A thorough knowledge of the Kenyan labor laws

At least 8 years working experience preferably in a large commercial organization.

Experience from multinational firms will be an added advantage

A mature personality with high levels of integrity

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design HR strategy and business elan

Assist in training and talent development

Handle all Industrial Relations matters

Co-ordination of Environment, Health and Safety matters

Handle general HR duties appraisals & evaluations, recruitment etc.
