A Leading and Packaging Company Mombasa - Motorbike Salesmen Jobs in Kenya

Description

A leading tea packaging company based in Mombasa is sourcing tor Motorbike Sales Representatives to distribute Its products in Western Kenya, Nairobi and Mount Kenya regions.

Reporting to the sales manager, the sales representatives will be ta sked with driving sales to achieve the business target

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Excellent distribution of products to the market

Creating new sales/customers

Tracking & meeting sales targets

Customer relationship management

Collect and submit market data and customer feedback

Maintaining tools of work and company assets

Proper and prompt cash and stock reconciliation

Ensuring availability/visibility of the company products in its all outlets

Keep a presentable appearance while on duty

Balancing of accounts with the distributor/agent on a daily basis where applicable

Undertaking promotional activities.

Any other assigned sales related work

Skills required:

Integrity

Good interpersonal skills

Able to collect market data

Be confident and highly motivated to succeed.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Team working ability

Qualification and Other Requirements

KCSE Mean Grade C- and above

Driver's license class PG (Must be able to ride)

Minimum 2 years working experience in sales

Certificate of good conduct

Must be willing to travel long distances and work away from the office

A certificate/diploma in sales will have an added advantage_
