Reports to the Deputy Managing Director

Job Summary

The Officer directly supports the functions of Business Planning, Strategy Development and Implementation to the Company and its Business Units.

Job Description

  • Coordinate Implementation and Monitoring of the Corporate Strategic Plan
  • Supports Business Planning and Marketing for all Units
  • Cost Accounting and Pricing for all Business Units
  • In charge of Compliance and Business Excellence for all Units
  • Coordination of Performance Contracting activities
  • Coordination of the Quality Management System

    Job Specification

  • A Masters Degree in Business Administration in Finance or Strategic Management
  • CPA(K) or equivalent with Five (5) years Relevant Experience
  • Strong Data Analysis Capability
  • ISO 9001:2008Certified QMS Auditor
  • Strong Communication and organizational Skills
