Swisscontact Jobs: Swisscontact, the Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation, promotes sustainable economic and social development in selected countries in Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe through advisory services, training, and continuing education.

They are looking for experienced and highly motivated individuals for the position of:

1. Senior Facilitators

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess a degree in engineering, or vocational education and training or education.
  • Minimum of five years experience in training development and delivery, mobilising communities and hands on experience with youth.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently and with youth.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English and Kiswahili as well as good computer skills incl. database handling.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Local area experience or residency is an advantage.

    2. Facilitators

Salary expectations and earliest joining date should be indicated. Initial one-year contract will be offered that is renewable based on performance.
