Society of Environmental Journalists Awards

Society of Environmental Journalists (SEJ) annual journalism contest honors outstanding environmental coverage in nine categories, each with a $1,000 prize offered, plus a student category.

SEJ is also pleased to announce a new book category with a $10,000 prize available.

Entries for the each contest will be judged every summer by panels of esteemed journalists and journalism educators, and the winners will be announced at SEJ's Annual Conference.

Deadline for SEJ's annual contest is April 1 each year.

SEJ welcomes entries from outside the U.S., but non-English entries must be accompanied by a complete English translation.
