SfN-IBRO International Travel Fellowships:

The Society for Neuroscience, via the IAC-USNC, and IBRO support a limited number of travel fellowships for young neuroscientists from the less developed and less well-funded countries of five IBRO regions (Africa, Asia/Pacific, Central/Eastern Europe, Latin America, Western Europe) to attend the annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience.

Recipients receive complementary meeting registration and a travel stipend of $2000 to help defray travel costs to attend the meeting.

The SfN annual meeting will take place in San Diego, California, USA, Nov. 13-17

Eligibility:

Applicants must be from a developing country,

Be less than 35 years of age, and be first author of an abstract to be presented at the annual meeting.

The applicant must provide a copy of the abstract that they submitted to SfN for a poster or a platform presentation.

The abstract can be entered in the online form.

The IBRO Fellowships and Travel Grants Committee will review all application materials for merit, and awardees will be notified in June.

Deadline: 1st March
