Sense International is a non-governmental organisation working in East Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe, with the headquarters in UK.

The East Africa programme operates in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Sense International (East Africa) is recruiting to fill the position of:

Regional Finance Manager - Kenya

Qualifications:

Professional accounting qualification of CPA (K), a Bachelor of Commerce degree or its equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.

Knowledge of the Enabler accounting package or proven experience with relevant accounting packages.

Training and facilitation skills for building the financial management capability of partner organisations.

Strong analytical skills and innovative to provide practical solutions.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, accounting applications and email / Internet applications.

Demonstration of the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

The applicant must be a Kenyan citizen.

Able to work with minimum supervision, and must be willing to travel frequently and widely throughout the East Africa region.
